Learn how to use daily meditation with Sahaja Yoga! Sahaja Yoga is a spirituality-based meditation practice. Practitioners experience the meditative state of total mind calmness, known as thoughtless awareness.

In this introductory class we will learn:
~ About our inner spiritual energy (Kundalini) and how to awaken it
~ Balancing of our energy centers (chakras) to improve wellness
~ Breathing techniques for balancing

All techniques are based on the Teachings of HH Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga meetings are always free and open to everyone. No prior yoga/meditation experience required.
