First meditation session will guide you through how to prepare for meditation.
The second session teaches you how you can meditate every day 10 to 15 min at home.
Our instructors with more than 10 years of experience, master the art of leading through a relaxing meditation session, catered to individual needs.
• What to bring
Meditation will be on chairs. Relax clothing recommended. All instructions material will be provided.
