Free meditation workshop in Downtown Fort Worth!
Sahaja Yoga is a spirituality-based meditation practice. Practitioners experience the meditative state of total mind calmness, known as thoughtless awareness.
In these introductory workshops attendees will learn how to:
~ Awaken their inner spiritual energy (Self Realization)
~ Balance their energy centers (chakras)
~ Use breathing techniques for wellness
FREE PARKING AFTER 6 PM
The meetings take place in the library meeting room, to the right once you go through the reception area. Please ask library personnel for the meeting room if you cannot find it!
Everyone is welcome, free of charge, no need of yoga mat.
