First step: Setup Meditation Place and Reminder

Setup Meditation Place Print attached flyer on thick paper, fold it, and set it up on the table. As shown in the picture here. Having a meditation place not only reminds you about meditation but also helps build positive energy for your meditation. The use of candles is optional but it helps. One can be more creative with fragrances etc.
Set up a reminder for fifteen min’s of morning and evening meditation.
